Omelette with cheese, ham, sweetcorn and potato slices

100 g AVIKO Pati Slices
4 eggs
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
60 g yellow cheese
60 g cooked ham
60 g tinned sweetcorn
1 parsley
Preparation method:

Prepare Aviko Pati Slices acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in the frying pan. Add sweetcorn and diced ham and fry for 23 min. over medium heat. Set aside.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining butter in a second frying pan, pour in the eggs, and fry for approx. 1 min. over low heat. Cover with yellow cheese slices, ham, sweetcorn, potato slices, and finely chopped parsley and gently fold in half by tilting the frying pan.
