‘Fondue’ Zig Zag fries with sauces: cheese, garlic with feta, and curry

750 g Aviko ‘Zig Zag’ French fries
Additional needs
Cheese sauce: 100 ml sour cream with 30% fat content, 6 portions processed cheese spread, cream flavour, white pepper, 20 ml dry white wine
Garlic sauce with feta cheese: 270 g feta cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 100 ml sour cream with 18% fat content, juice from 1/3 lemon
Curry sauce: 100 ml mayonnaise, 30 ml sour cream, 100 g grated yellow cheese, 1/2 small onions (finely diced), salt, white pepper, curry, 1/3 bunch of finely cut parsley
Preparation method:

Prepare the French fries acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Cheese sauce:
Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan and cook over low heat until the cheeses melt and the mixture acquires sauce consistency. Serve the sauce warm.

Garlic sauce with feta cheese:
Chop the garlic finely or push it through a garlic press and mix together with the other ingredients to obtain sauce consistency. Serve the sauce warm.

Curry sauce:
Combine all the ingredients (apart from the parsley), mix, and season to taste. Finish by sprinkling with parsley.
