|Cheese sauce: 100 ml sour cream with 30% fat content, 6 portions processed cheese spread, cream flavour, white pepper, 20 ml dry white wine|
|Garlic sauce with feta cheese: 270 g feta cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 100 ml sour cream with 18% fat content, juice from 1/3 lemon|
|Curry sauce: 100 ml mayonnaise, 30 ml sour cream, 100 g grated yellow cheese, 1/2 small onions (finely diced), salt, white pepper, curry, 1/3 bunch of finely cut parsley|
How we changed during last years...
2012 saw us celebrate an amazing 50 years in the business, a huge milestone marking half a century of innovation and endeavour. The company has been transformed since 1962 from a small co-operative of 32 farmers, growing to become a European leader and one of the four largest potato processors in the world.
