1,500 g pack Aviko Orginal French fries
300 g smoked turkey breast
100 g gherkins, 100 g pickled champignons, 100 g fresh colour pepper, 100 g tinned sweetcorn
½ bunch dill, chopped
300 ml sour cream with 30% fat content
2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper, juice from one lemon
Preparation method:

Prepare the French fries acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Trim the skin off the turkey breast, chop the meat finely, and mix until smooth. Dice the gherkins, champignons, and peppers finely and toss in the mixed breast. Drain brine off the sweetcorn. Toss the sweetcorn in the prepared dip. In a separate bowl mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Toss in the dip. Mix together well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
